Slingshots Hockey Development Program

Our "North" division was first introduced in our 2006-2007 hockey season as an option for league members wanting to advance their hockey development at a higher level of play and discipline while enjoying the experience and character developed through representing BCHL in tournament play against other non-contact teams from outside of our league.  Our "North" division is thus our non-bodychecking tournament team division currently comprising of one team each representing Novice, Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget, and Juvenile age groups.  Our North division teams are know as the "BCHL Slingshots" with the name being a reference from 1 Samuel 17 in the old testament, the story of David and Goliath.
