Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following outlines our policy for cancellation and refund once a registration has been submitted.

• A cancellation fee of $50 per registration will be withheld from ALL refunds for cancellations requested prior to September 1st, 2013.
• Following the September 1st, 2013 deadline, a $100 per registration cancellation fee will be withheld from ALL refunds for cancellations requested up to November 1st, 2013.
• Following November 1st, 2013 deadline, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50 percent (50%) of total registration fees will be withheld for cancellations requested up to December 31st, 2013.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after December 31st, 2013.
• For all other registration transactions, a minimum 10 per cent (10%) administrative fee will be withheld from all refunds.
